Phone Number — Auto-Assigned

AnswerXGen automatically assigned you a dedicated phone number. You can see it in the AI Settings tab.

AnswerXGen automatically configured your phone number to route both calls and texts correctly.

Fill In Your Knowledge Base

Go to the Knowledge Base tab and add your hours, services, FAQs etc.

Forward Your Real Number

On your phone, dial: *61*1[YourTwilioNumber]#
Or go to iPhone Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → turn on → enter your AnswerXGen number.

Now when someone calls your real number and you don't answer, Alex picks up.

Test It

Call your AnswerXGen number directly from another phone. Then check your Call Log.
